What is your turnaround time?


Turnaround time for Drinkware (Tumblers, Cups, Mugs, Glasses, etc.) is 30 business days, this includes safe cure time. Turnaround time for Clothing and/or Footwear is 21 business days. Keychains, Party Favors, and other products vary by quantity but usually does not exceed 15 business days. *** All orders needed before standard timeframe will incur a rush fee minimum of $50. This will guarantee that your order will be met and shipped by date requested. Rush Fees must be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice to insure optimal turnaround time.




What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?


All products are handmade, custom and or personalized items, this means that all orders are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or returns. Due to the sanitation (ie. bacteria, sickness, germs, etc ) we do not offer refunds and exchanges. We love and value our clients so we wouldn’t want to risk your health or the health of others. Customers are responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery, if not reported within 24 hours. Repairs can be made for some damages and are subject to review and additional charges. If you are needing to cancel your order, it MUST BE COMPLETED SAME DAY as the initial order was placed or it will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

What payment options are available?


We now offer Sezzle! An easy and fast way to purchase the items you want now and pay for them later!
We also accept PayPal across all platforms. PayPal gladly accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx. We do not accept checks including eChecks.

AfterPay will be available to you soon! Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, or Cash are only accepted for premade, ready to ship, or vendor items.




What materials do you use? Is it a YETI?


While we can't divulge specifics, most of our drinkware are made of stainless steel, glass or acrylic. We only use high-quality, premium polyester craft glitter and premium grade outdoor rated vinyl on all of our products; all glitter and decals are under the hard, FDA compliant, clear coating, resulting in a very smooth, glass like finish.

Majority of our materials cannot be bought directly out of the store or off shelves.
We do not use low grade/quality glitters that dull and fade such as you find in Dollar Tree or Walmart.
Our brand of resin is of the finest quality and can withstand high heat tempartures, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, and is made for durability.
We use a variety of different software programs for editing and designing for our custom requests

We do offer YETI, however it is not our base option.




Where are you located?


We are physically located on the outskirts of Birmingham, AL however we service all 50 United States and some international areas.




What are your shipping methods and timeframes?


We ship through USPS. Priority Mail is the preferred method, however for larger shipments we may ship via First Class unless requested. *Multiple order requests will go to the same address unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping may apply. Tracking is provided for all orders via PayPal, Etsy and/or FB Business Page. Timeframes vary from 1-3 days with Priority. First Class 5-7 days. These timeframes do not include production time for handmade items. *** PLEASE NOTE NEW SHIPPING INFORMATION UNDER OUR COVID FAQ*** Please note: If your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable, we will work to help you locate your package by providing all relevant shipping information. Please note that once a package has been shipped, The Bling Moma, LLC cannot be held responsible for a missing package or delivery delays.




How do I order something that isn't on the website or a previous design I've seen?


The answer to both of these questions is to use the reach out to us on our Contact page and let us know how we can design something new just for you or get you started on a bulk order.




How do I keep my tumblers clean and ensure longevity?


Drinkware Care: Hand wash only. Do not soak or scrub. Do not leave in vehicle. Not microwave safe. Not freezer safe. Not dishwasher safe. Avoid extreme heat. Clothing Care: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash gentle, cold. No bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low. Iron inside out or with protective cover.




I saw a tumbler design somewhere else can The Bling Moma make the same design for me?


We can make most designs however no design will ever be exact. Each crafter has different techniques and styles even when using the same methods, that's part of the beauty of each creation.

What safety precautions is The Bling Moma taking due to COVID-19?


Safety is our top priorty for both your family and ours! Even before the Coronavirus came in a whirlwind, we maintained a clean and safe working environment now this has been upgraded to a santization schedule as well including any packages that we recieve from our vendors to ensure that nothing we bring into our office potentially contaminates anything in any way. Again, your safety is our main priority! Please stay as safe as you can, stay indoors!




Will COVID-19 effect my shipping?


As of this moment, the short answer is: yes. Does that include Priorty Mail? Yes. USPS posted an alert stating that what was typically 2-3 priority will now be 3-4 priority at best. The only shipping guarantee they are sticking by is Priority Mail Express.

USPS is seeing delays across the board right now due to COVID-19. The pandemic has caused a dramatic increase in shipping volumes, while limited transportation options and less overtime for USPS workers have contributed to a bit of backlog. Due to many USPS facilities being overwhelmed with packages, shipments may be routed to a different facility farther away from the origin or destination addresses. While USPS does this to ensure packages aren't held up in their system, it may result in longer delivery timeframes.To account for these delays, USPS has changed their service commitments until further notice. We've listed their updated service commitments below. Domestic ServicesFirst Class Package and Priority Mail services (Cubic, Weight-based, Flat Rate, and Regional Rate) will take about 4-5 days, if not longer, to be delivered Priority Mail shipments sent within Zone 1 (local) are still expected to keep their normal delivery speeds Priority Mail Express continues to offer a delivery guarantee of 1-2 business days, or your money back International ServicesSome of the larger service commitment impacts are occurring with international USPS shipping services, including Priority Mail Express International. Limited air transportation has resulted in most shipments being transported by boat, which can extend your shipment's expected delivery by up to several weeks.
